Everything was just worst except the students.
Not result oriented
Nice work culture.Good salary.Good incentive
Class centres are nice but management and hr wouldn't care once you're employed. Now you'll have to bare with their timetables. They'll randomly assign a week off on any weekday and call you on sunday without even consulting you. They treat their faculty worse then a office clerk.
