This is very irritative stressfull and painfulljob in this job we have to complete the given targets(kilometers) in given time to get incentives per day we will feel happy if we have the incentives for every trips not for kilometers
Good job salary pay scale all are good and job experience is quite hard but good in some ways, no time limit, time to time payments, Ot helps me to get professionality in driving
Good and solid product. Good scale. and large traffic served. Flexible timings and start-up culture. You will really get to learn . Over all average company.

They hired a lot many people in tech and product but don't really have that much work for them, Poor People Management, Lack of strong senior level management in engineering team
Management will impose false allegations on drivers, won't pay them salary just to reduce the burn. And for in house team, u don't know when u will be fired. No work life balance. Full of harassments
