Good feeling to work in BPO as a sales associate and also I learned there how to communicate with customers and how to talk with them. Finally I satisfied with job
This is very irritative stressfull and painfulljob in this job we have to complete the given targets(kilometers) in given time to get incentives per day we will feel happy if we have the incentives for every trips not for kilometers
Management will impose false allegations on drivers, won't pay them salary just to reduce the burn. And for in house team, u don't know when u will be fired. No work life balance. Full of harassments
