Overall okay experience, Good learning if you are in initial stage of your career

Good and solid product. Good scale. and large traffic served. Flexible timings and start-up culture. You will really get to learn . Over all average company.

Pros

Rapido pass for employees - travel compensation. Work life balance.

Cons

They hired a lot many people in tech and product but don't really have that much work for them, Poor People Management, Lack of strong senior level management in engineering team
