Nice

Wonderful and nice experience and good take care for employees .I have take noce memory and my colleagues are also helping and supporting. Overall long run company but for the my extra thinkg I moved company. Thankfully for Raychem RPG .Because I'm here there is lots of contributions from Raychem RPG.

I enjoy working with Raychem. Raychem treats employees like a Family. I admire the people over here and overall Culture of the company is amazing to work.

Not good place for work

Working life not balance work 12 to 13 hours shift,not supportive staff ,not grow up and salary increment not yearly properly, wast in time in this group,lot of politics

Productive and very motivational

Great place to work, good humans placed in the upper management. The only lack of cons are unclear vision so Buisness goals should be revisited. Good canteen pick up drop service, stress management is looked on to by managing work load, awesome insuarance policies.

Productive and fun workplace , competitive environment , learning activities

Raychem RPG Ltd is leading company in the sector of technology, communication, medicines, and many other . Work experience is really good there are many more opportunities to learn and grow. The company vision and mission are quite motivating and inspiring. The most important thing is that I felt is the company SCR activities that the company has taken. They helped the poorest people by educating and giving training to become self-sufficient. Raychem RPG manegement is well dicsiplined and helpful. Company provides training to employees at the time of joining and also on Job training which will enhance the employee confidence results good productivity and quality product.

Company is overall good, but some bad employees ruined image of company

Old employees not cooperating to new joiners, because they feel new joiners will take their seat. So they always trying to tarnish the image of new joiners. And management never looking after such issues, they want only profits. Not a good place to work for new joiners, especially experienced professionals.

They fire employees without telling him the reason behind being fired.

Not good experience

Don’t join this Organization very unethical practices. Most of the peoples are not technically sound in casting and they will teach you the casting process. Many time compromised in quality of products

Good work culture

I worked at Raychem RPG for ~3 yrs and had an excellent experience. There were ample opportunities for high quality training. The work-life balance was excellent. Due to changes in the business environment, the number of projects in my group reduced and I decided to leave. Out of the 3 companies in which I worked till now, this is still the best company.

Overall good company to work for.

Work life balance and pace is a little issue otherwise it is great company to work. Fairy paid for the position handled. Little bit of favouritism of management work over here.

Not recommended for new joinings Management has no vision and a very stressful work culture. Job security is not there. Thay can terminate job at any time.

Raychem is JV of TE connectivity & RPG group company and because of that Raychem is different and have their own brand name. Variety of products Which are required in power sector.
