It is a fun workplace, amazing culture, good management, cafeteria is also there. Freedom to operate at your own terms even in sales. You get a decent work life balance with 5 days working only.

Offcourse a lot depends on the team/dept you work for. I work in analytics team (in fact one of the early product analysts). I have learned a lot from the org and impressed by the work culture. You have freedom to discuss things openly or give your views/opinions to managers.

stretching your day has become a norm now, A lot of things happen too fast and you need to keep up the pace
