This job is meant for those who are self-motivated, ambitious/achievers, jumping into process with little or no knowledge, willing to get their hands dirty while disregarding the opinions of others/peers/seniors.My typical day included resolution of issues, coordinating different teams (mainly front-end and back-end teams), scheduling and fixing meetings, managing different projects, handling deadlines and so on. This involved a lot of mental stress via multi-tasking and keeping tab of different tasks & people. The management was tough but fair and kept testing me at every level. The workplace was challenging & competitive but good. There were many who joined and left within 3-6 months, but a few who stayed back and received rewards via bonus & promotion every year. At first, I was overwhelmed with the pace of work + workplace, but I learned to deliver with best quality. "Pressure creates diamonds" & "Sink or swim" are the two things what my management believed in. I have learned much more in RBL than the other companies in my experience mainly due to these two philosophies.

I was given opportunity to handle Delhi/NCR for a newly launched product wherein i need to activate distributors available in state for the same using my existing relationship which i carried while working with other Bank/NBFCs. Sooner the product was accepted by market and sales of product was started with joint efforts of management support. The only challenge to cover up delivery numbers is big geographical area and less number of head counts in my team but later on that concerns was also heard and sorted out with some more team additions which resulted in numbers as well.

Day in RBL starts with checking mails received, sending schedule statements to the customer, replying for customer mails, taking care of the transaction which has to be done. attending customers. Checking application forms received for mutual fund transactions Coordinating with the customers for query handling. Coordinating with the fund houses for sending the transact. Geenrating reports

RBL Bank gives a lot of independence to prove yourself and perform to your best abilities. We can try new things here also .Failure is also taken as a learnings and thereby we come out with innovative products for our customers. Employees love to work passionately to give there best for the Bank's progress,thereby their own progress.
