Toxic work culture

Horrible company. Extremely non-employee friendly work environment. TOXIC. Did not receive the night shift allowance for a month. I keep emailing them, no response. Every week, they tell you that non performance will lead to termination. Talk about employee motivation.

The senior officials are unprofessional in behaviour, dealing with them is stressful, and the overall experience is shocking and disappointing.
