Good company offering 5 day work culture & work life balance. Good benefits however depending on regions overall performance. Aggressive in business expansion & hence only best person can survive longer.
From work perspective, the organisation works like a start up, so great for learning. The organisation is ambitious in its goals and hence teaches you to be ambitious in your thinking and work as well. No restrictions in terms of profile. Got to work on various business related projects besides regular marketing activities. Truly learnt the link between marketing and business in this organisation.
Good Place to work as one can learn a lot about facility management & key account management. Client Servicing places a major role which one can learn selflessly.

I am employed with Regus as a Customer Service Executive. It is a Business Centre (MNC) where we provide flexible work space around the globe. My job is to manage the front office reception and to fulfill the clients requirement. In addition I have to sell the products provided by Regus like Virtual Office, Campus Office, Conference room, Business Lounge and to take care of the maintenance of the Centre. I want to use this experience to take my career to a higher level. So I am looking for a job abroad
The Clients are the best part of the day. Working with my clients and being able to help and come up with solutions to solve issues is the best part of my job.
• Responsible for running the centre on a day-to-day basis
• Conducts new client orientations with the aim to build relationships and increase the potential customer service revenue
• Vendor Management, Selection of Vendor, Vendor Registration, Vendor Payment and sorting out Vendor queries.
• Highly visible and ready to assist clients as and when needs arise with a flexible and helpful approach
• Ensuring front of house, housekeeping, health & safety, visual and brand company standards are delivered and maintained representative
Management have inconsistent policies and thus job security is always at altar. It's a great place to connect with clients and hone sales skills
Pros
Weekends holiday, good set of colleagues, great clients
Cons
No job security, commission structure made in such a way that you would end up never making commissions.
Good Company, Good Product, Poor Management and Culture. Needs to work towards employee enrichment. The organisation needs to be a global fit.
Pros
Good money....
Cons
Long Hours and You are not sure if you would stay on the job for a long term

Cons

Productive learning experience. Hands on experience on various tools. A global exposure by working with various teams across the globe. A good insight to the administration and client service and operational work.
Regus as a work place is one of the best place for start off.
Started working as a CSR and was promoted to assistant manager in 1 year 6 months, so growth in the system stops at a point, as hierarchy levels are less.
Center management is supportive and helpful
HR involvement is poor
Lack of employee orientation.
Center Managers are always open and helpful.
best Co-workers to work with at Regus.
As regus is a business center everything is handled by the center team which includes IT, admin, Client payments, vendors, Maintenance etc, so everyday is a new day with new issues for which it is a challenging job.
