Days in the company were so hectic that you don't have any time for the family. Seniors treat juniors as they are slaves. No work culture at all. Timings are so indifferent that you never know what is happening in the world outside of the company. one can easily find himself forced to work even on a leave or week off days.
Long working days at head quarter for review and closing, have spend almost 9 days at head office every month, almost 35% of working days will go at head quater

I m join as a fresher in good company so its was veery dificult for me to prove myself. So many challenges r there comptition also be there. but my sinors support me alot and coworkers also my thinking is that always do ur work with honesty and take a intrest in job tittle...
no more progress large time taking for promotion only back biter is more successful person for the new person is critical to live there salary increment not good only joining time provide good salary then 5 to 6 % if you complained to any one then you will kick out and nothing more to say

My learning of Checkpoint Firewall is very good here. As i implemented checkpoint firewall R75.30 with Nokia IP-565 device and also upgrade it to R75.40.-> 6 Days Working a hectic schedule-> Management is good-> Hardest part of job is if you work for more then 2 hours no relaxation for you on next day.
