This is a place meant for hard workers and we are also compensated very well related to the performance. You can steal the lime light easily by involving yourself into activities and strictly a people driven company giving you a chance to be good with people and grow exponentially The learning is very much on the job and opportunities to diverge yourself into multiple assignments and projects Focus is more on productivity hence employee career welfare & training are not the best here. Flexibility and creativity in your work place are appreciated hence a possibility of being an intra/entrepreneur
