Very good workplace environment

No standard salary
Am working since last 5 years and my salary hike was in last 5 year is only 10% that too including one promotion.
Work culture is overall good

Best Expat Employer in India
RIL honors the contract you agree on but the negotiation is difficult. No two contracts are the same. You also need an experienced tax and accounting professional to look over your contract before you sign it. The Indian Income tax is 37% and by the time you add all the perquisite taxes it is almost 50%. Location is also very important. The HQ is in Navi Mumbai which is a very difficult commute from any expat friendly areas in Mumbai. If you have children there is really only one school for them to attend whoch is the American School of Bombay and it is brutally expensive.
