I just want to say i work at reliance in starting is was good but after 2 to 3 days they showed there true colours the bad management is all they got total bossy look down on low post.

Balanced but needs more quality work

The work load is not much. Less exposure towards learning skills. Needs better Leadership. So as a Fresher the scope of growth is less.
