We cannot get promotion and all easily. We are all work all day of week. I had worked 1.10 years in reliance. I hadn't get any appraisal and benefits. But salary will be credit earlier.

Working for salary is ok but working for company is not ok

Management feels they are in government office. No value on employee feedback. Management always yelling on employee . Training vs learning there is major difference
