I have good experience with Reliance Jiofiber, I started my Career as customer support executive, I learnt lot of things but no salary hike after a year also that's the only thing I'm not satisfied

Need to be more employee frienly, CSRs.

Need to be more transparent in policies, focus on employees development and social responsibilities, skill development. company should not focus for commercial profit only but the people and the nation at large need to be benifitted. Aquiring many plants and closing after some period and terminating the employees is not a good practice.

Hard work and knowledge

As after working for 4 years with this company want to tell Reliance industries is the best company for beginners as it's gives you full facilities for learning and growth but after starting work and taking charge in the plant the scenario is changed although they give all relevant information and safety for your good health and life the main issue is the management system where you can't balance your work-life.

Everything is good for your future.

It's a good company .it's make every one's life easier than other companies.i think it's a future making company. I leave it but it's my fault.but now I am trying to job in this company but they are not taken me because my age is near 45.pls if possible give me one chance to join .Today also I am same energetic for this job.
