RIL honors the contract you agree on but the negotiation is difficult. No two contracts are the same. You also need an experienced tax and accounting professional to look over your contract before you sign it. The Indian Income tax is 37% and by the time you add all the perquisite taxes it is almost 50%. Location is also very important. The HQ is in Navi Mumbai which is a very difficult commute from any expat friendly areas in Mumbai. If you have children there is really only one school for them to attend whoch is the American School of Bombay and it is brutally expensive.

Don't join specially if you are getting hired for the bond team. They make false promises that you will get a chance to work on Blockchan, AI and other trending technologies. But it's all a lie. Specially the Jio BOND Team, they hire bright students from good colleges and spoil their career. And if try to leave the company they force you to pay an amount and leave and don't let you serve notice period.
Reliance is a good Company to work with.Lots of Opportunity to learn and explore. Bosses are very good and work environment is quite vibrant. Reliance Foundation takes care of social responsibility and Reliance as the company pave the way for future and live to its motto that Growth is Life.
The work culture at RIL is very relaxed. The best thing about working at RIL are the amenities and facilities received by the employees. The company values the other commitments of the employees and provide the best opportunity to maintain work-life balance.
My Planning career started from this company. I am fortunate enough for getting such an organization to work at the beginning phase of my career as a planning engineer. I was contacted directly from the company HR. My experience was very nice. The interview was of thoroughly asked questions.
