Management is good. Management will give value to the employee. No long working hours but sometimes when it is needed you should be ready to work for those extra hours.

Fun place and challenging at the same time

Reliance industries is a fun place to be into. I had my first salary from this company as a summer intern. Later, I was given an opportunity for a full time employer with them.
