What is the best part of working at the company?Reliance polymer vision To continuously grow on a sustainable basis one to be the largest the mos innovative and most admire polyester produce in the world.Safety come first , 5S compulsory follows , Every week meeting with operators and fitters about quality of product.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?As far as I thought stressful part is nothing in the industry campus but it's challenge for every employee of the industry.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Excellent , company employee behaviour too good and guide to misunderstood in workplace. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Every day new learning and work with discipline.

working in Reliance for 5 years. salary increment is very less. Its good for a start but not good to think this of a long term settlement company. other companies give you a good hike
