Very supportive people. Good work life balance. Salary structure is very low as per market standards. No fix time for salary appraisal cycle. HR policies are not very employee friendly, they recover bonus given for last two years when you resign.

Lot's of learning opportunities and exposure to work on interesting projects. Supportive team. I wasn't offered township accomodation, but other than that everything else is fine

Great Place to learn and Exciting Projects
Great Place to work , you will be given freedom to explore the complete facility and work with different engineers around the plant . you will be assigned to ongoing projects' happening in the plant which involves innovation
