Good to work at Reliance industries limited as a maintenance,operation,project manager. Good on-site training opportunities. Good motivational culture
Typical days started with morning meetings followed by field visits and field works. most of the meetings are at afternoons followed by MOMs and desktop works. evening closes with field work closures and work planning for next day.

highly competitive work culture in teh industry, steep turning curve, salary and other facilities are competitive with market, friendly work environment, always find someone to discuss if stuck

some times long work hours due to nature fo work, plants are generally at remote places from prime cities
Very good work life balance. And no inhuman work hours as there is sometimes in service based companies. People do brainstorm, and actively discuss, and meetings are not futile. People are cordial, encouraging, supportive.

In Reliance, if you join at a senior level,the benefits are excellent. But for mid level and junior level personal, it will take a long time to rise because you have to have the right equations with the bosses and be in sync with the power bloc in the company. Like in any huge organisation, there are certain personal who have been close to the owner promoters for years and they can be very arrogant with everyone else.

Family business, very large and fast growing company so owners don't have time to see what's happening on ground. Although well stablished processes take care of everything but things keep changing regularly.
Very progressive organisation, process driven and very much growth oriented.
Its townships accommodations are highly recommended. Its Jamnagar township is the best accommodation in the world.
I worked total of 14 years at this company with different position, i learned a lot during this time, management is good and room for career advancement with competitive pay.
