It's a very good working environment for any one at any level of experience. Very good salary packages offered as per your experience. Good working culture. Good bosses. You learn while you work. You get appreciated by your seniors for your efforts which is really encouraging.
OT for engineers also
Long working hours but get paid for it so no one as such
Great to be apart of reliance industries.helped me a lot to learn and exhibit those learnings to take my career to an extent and every thing was new as JIO is a startup company and we as a foundation of JIO are proud to be a part and all know the name stands now.....
RIL honors the contract you agree on but the negotiation is difficult. No two contracts are the same. You also need an experienced tax and accounting professional to look over your contract before you sign it. The Indian Income tax is 37% and by the time you add all the perquisite taxes it is almost 50%. Location is also very important. The HQ is in Navi Mumbai which is a very difficult commute from any expat friendly areas in Mumbai. If you have children there is really only one school for them to attend whoch is the American School of Bombay and it is brutally expensive.
