Tense full work-culture for transfer employees

At Value format, its very challenging that you can balance work and life all the time there is lots of undue pressure other than your work etc.Not focus on assigned tasks but to divert from those tasks and result gets nothing.Mixing of tasks etc.

There is no any business right now as it is in the loss. Not recommend now but for future I wish for better growth and stability in terms of sell and culture important, mindset improvement. As fas I understood in my career is Company should go on always so that employee also will grow.

Best place to work Just want to grow up in an company which lead us Help in Growth However everywhere salary hikes are not up to ur expectations as u are giving more than 50% of what salary u r given😅.Overall it's the best.

The balance between professional and personal life is little hard due to some company policies. HR policy are need to polish more to replicate the ideas of the organization. Productive and workplace

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
