There is so much workload I feel when I was working at Reliance. Salary pay is very low compare to other retail industries. If someone is interested to gain a retail industry experience it is a good place.

Great work space to start career as a fresher, They teach you everything about the system and practical work in the training, Senior and other management staff are also good,Benifit with salary are very good be it Medical, Reimbursement, Etc for you and your family, no need to worry about it. Reliance offer secure job positions but they doesn't have proper management at certain point.There are discrimination in Salary as well.No proper management. Once you hired HR is also not Resolve or ever listen your issue.
