Not satisfied with it's HR policies regarding hikes and increment others factors are good

Payment is on time but increment and proper salary growth is not defined it varies places to places and as per HR or top management decisions.Even after getting higher responsibilities not got any hike or increment since last 2 years.

Very bad work culture, actually no work culture. No classroom training provided for new employees. Some online recording training provided but there is no use or in simple word, useless.I'm not telling that the company is bad, no doubt company is nice but the work culture and senior management is doing nothing or useless. You can not say anything about your seniors, uneducated peoples, even he/she is doing torture with the staffs, that's the protocol.Sorry, its really a bad place to work in Reliance Trends, WB, South Bengal Zone.

No training and development for the employees who are working in the organisation.There should be a proper training for the employees.If they bring new rules and regulations, they don't keep any training schedule to inform the employees and they suddenly do the actions if we are not following the rules which are very new to he employee and they don't even know about those rules.

The company Reliance retail is a good company to work but when it comes to pilfridge or shoplifting or any kind of shortage in stocks they deduct from staffs salary and mention as cash shortage recovery in salary slip, at the time of resignation you have to serve 90 days mandatory process to relieve you or else they wont settle your dues nor provide relieving letter and mark as absconding employee
