I just love with this company. the work culture, salary, Management everything is best. I learned lots and lots of things here, I worked in hamleys so I have to play all the day withs toys

Don't Work here

In hand salary is very less. Bit of office politics. Learning is good. Mistakes can be forgot be your seniors if you are new. Still I cannot say its a good place for work.

Good but pressure too much. It's like army. If you stay reliance 2year. Then you work any retail industry easily...nothing else. But as Kolkata salary not much good

Best place to work Just want to grow up in an company which lead us Help in Growth However everywhere salary hikes are not up to ur expectations as u are giving more than 50% of what salary u r given😅.Overall it's the best.

Fun and also some time more work

I worked here as a part timer. Mostly you will be free in the shop but when the new load or stocks to the shop means then you need to work hard. So I recommend to go

Knowledgeable and Liberated place to work

Company culture is good, person can learn many things related to ecommerce and logistics.Time flexibility and medium pace of work with occasional work pressure.

Very bad 👎 company manager and no time for work.. Every time senior visit and manager take 12 hours work from staff..

I don't like reliance work culture like labour.... Working time is long.... And salary like a drop of water.. Every guards fire by company as per cost cuting and staff standiy in front of baggage counters.....

No lunch time when seniors came

10 to 14 hours.. And any time Senior ask for night shift with out plan

This company has a well organized structure. Management is well motivated. Team crews are better supporting. Work shift are flexible. Entire experienced with all department.

My overall experience was good to work at.

I was satisfied to work with Reliance Retail. Work life balance was good. Proper PMS system and reward system was not there. You can work with Reliance Retail company.
