Worked as Application support engineer at Goa GST bhawan.The client side is more friendly than my company.I really enjoyed my work in GST office.Talking about Renovision, they not going to increase your current salary package sometimes they not give bonus also. As they take project from big companies so once contract over they not give any other opportunities to their employees to work on another project. Without giving notice they directly send project over mail. So no job security.Fresher can join this company to get some experience.Salary always on time so no issues with salary. Even PF contribution also fair & on time as well.

Never go with third party companies, you will always get less salary and it will affect on your future job. Don't go with these money making companies.

Salary was too much low as per the IT sector. Management person are good and helping nature. The most enjoyable part of the Job is Client Location work.

HR are very helpful but work enviroment is not so good at client locarion. So suggested to everyone who want to work at RASPL it is a good company for start your journey but not expect abuot high salary.

Good Place to work if you are deployed on Wipro Projects

The company generally hire resources for Wipro and deploy the person on Wipro projects. Salary are less as compare to Wipro employes but If you are starting your career or you want to learn, you can join the company.

Working culture was awesome, but little stress while doing job at the client location. Salary was not up to the mark. I was placed on client location so cant tell more about company's environment. However all the conversation had gone through over the telephone, which was quite fine.

Supportive colleague. Learned technology. Enjoyable part of the job. Best Infrastructure. I worked at make positive full-time. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore.

Only transportation issue but company is shifting soon to another location, where it will be eradicating all the key issues for the transportation.

Cons

Amazing culture, great benefits, great pay, good opportunity to learn Salesforce and awesome people and management.

Overall company is not good

they paid my expenses up to 3 months only after that they gave only excuses for that.I call so many times for all they do not pay attention to all their workers.
