Workplace culture is very good

A good place to work for freshers. You feel included, the processes are streamlined and the culture is amazing. There's a great work-life balance and you get to learn a lot of things in order to achieve the common organizational goal.

Stagnant

Lot of changes every quarter. They keep changing the reporting structure almost every 6 months and the strategies change with that. Difficult for the employees to keep up with the frequent changes. Because of this, growth is hampered and the employees either stay in the same role/title or they just leave. New ideas & suggestions are not always appreciated or even considered. Every new leader There is no connect with the product team and the sales & customer facing teams.
