ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - PSYCHOLOGY (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - July 3, 2020

I enjoyed interacting with the students in the university however, there was a lot of departmental politics present as well. The pay is miserly and expectations sky-high. Good infrastructure, overall it is not an institute that allows for a researcher to grow.

Work is good but college is business oriented

Students have an upper hand and due to this it becomes difficult to get hold of the students and educate them. Work is good, but the management is business oriented and will do anything for the student's admission, in order not to lose the inflow of money from the students.

Hygenic and clean university. Nice environment to work. Management is good. Work wise it is comfortable to work in Reva university. Safe and secured place without any issues.
