Productive at the Workplace

A typical day at Work: As a PR executive, finding out different strategies to woo target-users to the social media portals. I need to wrack my head on making the online promotions/advertisements and generate word base for various games in a more interesting way; GOAL: The target users need to be kept engaged! Besides, I help in creating the contents/write-ups for distinct projects. I have tried to learn"the psychology of a company's fan-base in the virtual world"! If I don't understand what they want, can I keep them engaged? Increasing likes, engagement and popularity are signs that I keep assessing the psychology right! However, there is a test of Patience very often! I learned how to cope with difficulties, strategically, being calm. My co-workers are very cooperative and the work culture is very good! All of us gel together as a unit. Our management is very helpful. A balanced work culture where work and fun coexists, actually betters my productivity further! The hardest part of the job is to keep 'generating some creative content on daily basis' that can keep over 1 lakh people engaged (and not bored) in the social media. I love the challenges that befall! I am a creative person and I love when my creativity gets acknowledged globally and the popularity of the contents in the company/game pages helps increase overall social outreach!
