Rolls-Royce
Rolls-Royce Employee Review
Work life balance was there at Rolls Royce
Lead Manufacturing Engineer Global Supply Chain (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - December 15, 2022
Best Company to work for work and life balance. It promotes learning and you enjoy the work at Rolls Royce. The only challenge I face with my boss didn't support me to grow for the next level. Blames me for all failures in the project. No support in the project when I failed.
Pros
Good Learning
Cons
Blame game starts when you fail, wont hold your hands to succced in projects.

Best place for technical learning- But it’s With poor leaders where no vision
Manufacturing Engineer (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - August 6, 2020
It’s best Technical company, to learn and develop you skills. On the other hand very high level of politics and because of poor leadership the entire 2 departments has been lay-off. Including my self.
Also you will not get any on-site opportunities if your thinking Of on site then pls forget it!!!. It’s worse than a service industry. As service providers (TCS & Quest) they will minimum 2 years on-site.Dont trap inby looking brand name
Pros
Work life balance
Cons
No leadership skill, no job security
