Good place to work

Good place to work, Good Management but only drawback is career growth if you want to get promoted to next level with some huge package then it will be not a good place to work.

BCG Support 24*7 with pressure

More pressure on the employee where just 12 people support the queue for 9 hours while facing global clients with a heavy queue. Manager treat us very bad mainly in teams like BCG. Work life balance is near to zero which is the worst

Good to go, the only draw back is team gets closed unexpectedly but still job guarantees are there if you are potential and ready to learn quickly when you are put in the new team . Friendly environment

it not just salary or hike that matters always. RRD is an emotion. security for women employees is the main highlight.free cab facility.free dinner.over time and shift allowances. overall a very comfortable place for long term careers

Workload is low but Front Desk doesn't have any kind of support

I've been working with the main team of PPT. They doesn't support us to get a good reviews of our work. We are working hours and hours. Each and every day we're extending our shift for the better results. Company provided 33 paid leaves (including all type), but they didn't allow us to take any kind of leaves even if we had serious health conditions

Client depending company

Company does not support you. Company does not follow any process. Whatever the client says is the final verdict. Client takes this as an advantage fixes unreasonable dead lines and escalates things out of your hand.

Its a nice place to work. Chilled out ambience. Managers were supportive.Good mentoring and good promotional prospects. All are supportive and feels like a family

There are rotational shift including full night somebody can't adjust

Company is overall good but there are different project. All project are stressful target and rotational shift and less salary. Some managers are acting like professional but they do not have less qualifications.

I will always remember RR Donnelley how it treated its employees.

I loved work in RRD for I had a clear purpose everyday.I learnt a lot while I was working there.The management is well run & I felt so happy to follow their advice or suggestions.The hardest part of the job was to achieve the goals that were given to me.The most enjoyable part of the job was taking part in the R & R awards & also the other programmes that were planned every monthly.

Good company to start a carrier.

Great Company to work with. The Managers were Great. You can learn more, regarding Accounting, MS Office, Customer skills etc. So much perks they provide.

Fun workplace

As a workplace, RR Donnelley was good.Enjoyed working at office.Management is good, supportive in nature; and friendly peers.Less work pressure.Work life balance is not that good.Rotational shift timings.Benefits and compensation are a bit low.

Had a real life bad experience. Working environment is bad.Maybe the project I worked. Some humans became wolf's. Has to work with fear. Less women safety( depends)
