Working culture is very bad. No facilities are given to employees like medical insurance, No bus facilities to manager, Very bad n abusive behavior of Plant head - kandla. Very poor communication of plant head. Can't face international auditor. Bad behavior of plant head is the reason employees leave thr job. Under guidance of QA manager (AGM)- kandla no audit is passed. He should be replaced or else rusan will never pass the audit

They don’t give chance outside of your work profile even if you are willing to take risk, no promotions, internal department change is not possible, seniors don’t allow juniors to grow, I left after 10 years of working because I had not been given any chance even though I asked many times.
