Very bad enviroment in kandla

Working culture is very bad. No facilities are given to employees like medical insurance, No bus facilities to manager, Very bad n abusive behavior of Plant head - kandla. Very poor communication of plant head. Can't face international auditor. Bad behavior of plant head is the reason employees leave thr job. Under guidance of QA manager (AGM)- kandla no audit is passed. He should be replaced or else rusan will never pass the audit
