Work life balance, job satisfaction were highly missing. No support from anyone. No specific job profile. Highly disappointing and unorganized approach towards market and lack of support and cooperation. No infrastructure in place. Due to Less Salary, employee attrition is very high.

Not a good Company even on entry level

Total Non-GMP mangement. Selling drugs like Groceries without adhering to GMP norms. No job security. Threat to employees at every level. Total Nonprofessional higher management without quality outlook.
