The management of Rusan Pharma Ltd is very worst. During interview they said 10-15% increment will be provide on the time of confirmation and increment, but there is no increment there.

Management is not good. Need more attention to improve all departments. Lack of facitility and bad workers culture should be administration beheviour , facility related to employees

A good company for fresher to start up his/her career. I joined as a fresher in QA..unaware about what QA is.. And today i know atleast 20% from all sub departments of QA. Overall a good learning experience.
