Good school but hardly any increment every year

Day starts at 8am. Ends at 2pm. Sat are half day. 2 observation in a month. Management is not good. Every year increament is hardly 5% .Management will harass u like anything infront of anyone

Lot many things I learnt

Salary is a biggest issue Work culture is very hectic.. if you r planning to join pack ur bags to be with school atleast till evenings.Best part - they recognize you and your workGive you promotion But no salary increments.

Horrible pathetic conditions... Inhuman treatment for teachersTeacher were treated as a labourer.. no free lecturesEven salary was not given to many teachers.
