Great collaboration between teams

Career growth is slow. Weekly check-ins with managers, continuos calls makes less productivity. Granular level monitoring of your each and every deliverables which calculates your hikes and for rating. Process oriented projects with minimal learning.

Fast paced work environment

Definitely the best company I have worked for but late night calls and over expectation makes it difficult to maintain work life balance.The benefits like wellbeing amount, leaves, bonus were all good.The work culture was dependent on hiring manager and my hiring manager was insensitive, even if you are sick, he will force you to work 24*7
