An Ideal Launching Pad to a career in Finance

S&P Capital IQ is one of the most incredible companies to work for, and i was fortunate enough to start my professional career here. Over the last 7 years, I have not found a reason to leave this organization. Exposure to all aspects of professional development is exceptional, and that to keeping the work-life balance intact. Compensation is very competitive, and the management supportive and Fair. Hardwork and smart work never gets unnoticed.

Pros

Compensation, work-life balance

Worst company for freshers

If you are a fresher, be aware as they use you for completing the tasks but with that they will tell you that you are not doing good and you will be fired soon. With this threat, you have a pressure to work more to prove yourself, but darling no one cares about it and you are still in that hurricane. Depression sets in and then boom, you are forced to resign. Congratulations, now you are unemployed with no skills left with sense of "I'm useless" and some experience which have no sense.

Pros

Flexible timing

Cons

Micromanagement, targeting, no proper set of process
