Yes, the employees in the head office speak one-sided because of of their less experience and the global managers are soft toward them instead of acting globally and accepting other cultures.

Have to report to incompetent peopleYour talent won't be recognized and you can be laid off if you have a huge salary. There is no job security.I was asking the team for blood for some urgent requirement in family (I never expected their help as such) but they did not even follow up as courtesy about my family member.

Sap callidus cloud worst company

The worst company in the world. Work environment is chaotic. Unrealistic deadlines are given to us. Favouritism is also an issue here. If manager doesn’t like someone their probation is extended and ultimately removed from office. Contract employees are treated like dirt.
