It was good learning experience overall. It was 8 hours shift per day which started with reviewing of RFPs allotted and thereby preparing the response documents as per the compliance ,matrix and proposal organizational format. All through this duration, i learnt time management, work management and meeting the deadlines. Management was good and encouraging. As far as co workers are concerned, very helpful, cooperative, professional and always ready to share their knowledge with each other.Most enjoyable parts come every now and then when we won contracts which is also very satisfying and motivational.
