So many politics not worthy to work

I am working from last 4 years but there are so many politics. No job safety and satisfaction.We will not get proper resources to teach. They will hire for one reason and ues it for all kinds of work.

Stressful job, unsecured job

I have very bad experience with that school. There is no job security for the employees and no respect to the employees. Coming to the education, it is very low education for primary and preprimay.

Management has changed and became money minded if you join as a facilitator get ready to pay 3 months salary when ever you leave the organisation.

I worked for 3 years in this school. Earlier management was good and supportive later everything has changed. management has become money minded and usually every school collects fee from students but here school demanded money from teachers in name of relieving norms after giving formal resignation to release their certificates. Management were so rude that they didn't consider the health reasons and demanded 3 months salary from me. I got to know it was happened with many teachers. So Employ seekers think of it...

Salary is bit low than work pressure but good working environment and really good team

Good working environment, supportive team except one or two. Principal Ma'am knows her work very well , with excellent planning skills and ablity to create a good productive environment. Salary is little low for the work load but they are on time with timely PF deposits. Their paper work is clear and fast. Though I worked for a brief period but I enjoyed working as part of Sadhana Family
