They do Respect the employees personal life. If you finish your work before the timeline, the company will give you an option to take a paid time off. Your efficiency and the quality of work plays the main role on your job.

Business Development Executive (Former Employee) - India - September 20, 2017
Having started as a fresher in this organisation no body actually made me feel that i am newbee and i know very little , with the help of all the co-workers i overcame all the tasks alligned to me .However the salary was low and i used to get the feeling of getting underpaid a several time.
