I started as a fresher in 2016. It was my first job so everything was new for me and slowly when i started working everyday i had so many questions.I enjoyed a lot it felt like a family to me. Working for five years with Sai enterprises taught me so much both personally n professionally. It built me as a person. I got the confidence to speak to new people everyday. When I started it was my first job so I was a fresher and did not know anything about sales but as I took the company process training for a month and learned everything about the company and understood my job profile. Sai enterprises was an event based company we used to do all sort of event like product launching,music and cooperate event. I performed so well I got the position of the senior sales executive. I met all my goals and given targets. I love learning new things because I am a person who thinks That's the only way a person can grow.

Friendly staffs, Kind management

t gave me a huge idea how an SME works and also gave me a platform as a business developer. However there were some holiday issues because of the work pressure I couldn't get a 2 day off in a week but the management took care of it in a kind way. The staffs working under me never gave me a fear of being just 21 and handling 10 workers.

Company need to improve atmosphere between the Office I always listened negative things from CEO / Staff etc. Very poor management from Boss. There is no need for loyal employees.
