I personally like such a great work culture where I learnt the basic fundamental of the paint industry. Also, the supportive nature of other employees boosts my confidence to work harder.

I had an opportunity to research and develop my own ideas into the business development. Always welcoming the fresh ideas, never discouraged. They do Respect the employees personal life. If you finish your work before the timeline, the company will give you an option to take a paid time off. Your efficiency and the quality of work plays the main role on your job.

Having started as a fresher in this organisation no body actually made me feel that i am newbee and i know very little , with the help of all the co-workers i overcame all the tasks alligned to me .However the salary was low and i used to get the feeling of getting underpaid a several time.
