Saipem India has plenty of offshore projects to learn. Work is not as stressful as peer EPC companies. Work life balance is decent. Salary could be better.

3 years with no increment. Worst is that logical explanation to your work/productivity seems to be of least interest .they want only target.no of isometrics 50 per day .......and what not ....unachievable targets only targets and they have introduced zumba Dance and etc for create this image of best work place to work....ridiculous

1. Unnecessary pressure2. 0 Work Life balance3. You will be expected to work extended hours4. There wil be multiple guys to Manage a work whilst only 1 will be working.5. No annual hike. I got my last hike in 20196. Recent changes in Management has lead to crazy work culture.

Good place to learn. But No hike, no bonus, no work life balance, and very stress.Hence, pls negotiate for good salary while joining itself as u can hardly expect 3% hike very year.

Everyone should be inside the ODC between 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. For Lunch you will get Sodexo coupon. No restrictions leave.Easy to claim medical insurance.you should maintain working hours of 9.00hrs 15 minutes and you have 3 permissions per month.The work is not that much challenge.

Please don't join the company no salary hikes for past 3 years.For one small work there will hike 5 people.Only ew selected will get work.All others have to beg for work.

Most of the projects are hectic. You need to work over office hours almost all days. The salary is lowest in the market. Appraisal is almost non existent. Good place to develop your skills and knowledge.

Good Place to learn as a graduate engineer. You will be asked to work you havent experienced before and sometimes its pressurizing. I had a very good learning curve however the compensation was not upto the industry standard

Managers expect us to work long hours especially if you're a fresher. No proper hike every year and women will not be given chances for on-site like men does in the same company.
