You'll be dealing with an average of 3 cases per day. And you need to maintain the customer satisfaction, so basically you need to be lucky to get the CSAT score, if not you can just steal the easy cases and survive there.For the time being it will be okay but you can't survive once you decide to come out. Overall it takes time to become a developer after coming out from Salesforce.

Great workplace with amazing people!

Good work-life balance and pay, helpful colleagues, and a lot of support from superiors. But constantly changing dynamics are something to worry about.I never stretch my work hours and till day, I have hardly worked for longer hours than usual.

Good perks and benefits but you less opportunity to skill-up technically

It was supposed to be a great organization before mass Layoff. Too many talented people lost their job and other were having fear of loosing their.Salesforce lost its ohana one family culture.Lot of mismanagement on upper level.

This is the Organisation which lives its values day by day and the values are, Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality & Sustainability. Working at Salesforce means you are in a family in which you will be taken care by the Organisation/Seniors in the best possible manner. The learnings opportunities provided by Salesforce are numerous. The processes are fair and transparent. The opportunities in this ecosystem are enormous. They put themselves in your shoes to understand your perspective/current position and then they decide accordingly whether it's related to benefits/learning opportunities/wellness activities. The employee benefits are so much that mostly we are not able to utilise them all. It is the most employee caring company I have been in till date.

Good job but not for me

Baptism of fire in sales. Very tough environment and difficult to get ahead. Sales territories I got were very challenging and felt like flogging a dead horse.
