The most useful review selected by IndeedThis is the Third company that I work with and the longer one too. There are so many reasons that make me stay here. The work culture is so different as they treat you as a family member. Atmosphere here is so relaxed; there is no unwanted pressure or tension. Most importantly, they respect you as you are and they value you as an individual. The management is approachable and they also welcome your ideas. It motivates us to grow higher in our career. Next, they pay you reasonably well and salary hikes are also guaranteed.
