Good place to work

Hello...... This is the Best microfinance sector in Odisha. Good salary, incentive structure, retention bonus & fuel allounce provided to employes. This is the one MFI in Odisha all saturday, sunday & National Holiday closed office. Best of luck👍👍👍

Working as SCRO in tirunelveli, my resigning date is 4.7.18. Employer credited my final settlement on 21.12.2018, after many phone calls. Now I am waiting for my contacting HR (Madurai regional office) for my RELIEVE ORDER and PF EXIT DATE to claim my PF on Online. Nearly six months, HR officers don't have time to place my exit date on online. Really I am very proud for worked as an Samasta employee😠😠😠... After they send my relieve order,I will go to next company for work. Maybe, before next year that is 2020, they will sent my relieve order and place my EXIT DATE... By An former employee...

Management is most important to gave an opportunities to learn the knowledge in the audit field. I am more thankful to the management. I learn very much, how to audit the branch records, branch activities, how to interact with higher officials and branch staffs etc. Co workers are nice to co-operated in work. The most difficult part of the work is attend the job at early morning 6.00am at branch. The enjoy and love to do all my work.

it is very good company. i learned how to identify the poor people ,and then provide loans from correct people.my workers worked very sincerly and more help to easy my work.recollect the loan is very difficult for this job.company provide loan amount .but i will select the correct people, and motivate to poor people to grow well in future.
