It sucks. it just does. Management mostly is idiotic. You are pressurized to put results on table on a daily basis and hourly. There are more reports and filling up of tables for your work than actual work.

An Average company to work, top management highly political.

I joined SRIN when it was growing and trying to prove technical competence and competing to noika in feature phone. Those were the challenging days but company and employee both grew.spent more than 8 years and saw the decline phase.Work culture became horrible in pendemic.

Poor work life balance and culture

The company has a poor culture. The management has korean heads who will treat employees in a rude manner. They will speak very bad mentioning that "you are indians.. you don't have this that.. This will destroy your self confidence. You cannot report any thing to any of the authorities.

Productive and fun culture

It's a wonderful experience to an Samsung Employee. But We have to stay for long even if there is no task assigned. Sometimes time constraint makes you feel restricted. It takes too long to get a promotion and growth in terms of financial aspects, it's bit steady/slow.

Too much unjust policy enforcement. 9 hr rule, attendance deficiency and pay cuts. The learning in most teams is pretty bad and not at all useful in the market in case you decide to switch later.
