Good place to learn some new technologies. Overbearing management, unfriendly HR policies.

This is as good place to learn new technologies, and be on the latest in consumer technology. Work life balance depends on the team you get assigned to and your manager. Office politics is quite strong here. HR policies are a bit unfriendly and suspicious of normal employees.

Worst Work Life Balance

Management only focus on Politics and doesn't value human resources. No Flexible timings and Work from home. Yes Boss culture, very few people work for the benefit of company, most of the people work for themselves, no team work.

Good workplace with poor management

Good workplace with poor management. Middle managers are highly biased to their loved one. No fair chance to grow inside the company if you are not in favorite one of your manager.

It's a great company to work for

I loved my team and quality of work back in Samsung Research Institute, Noida. Though I agree that the overall satisfaction depends largely on which team you join.
